Hire Resolve is urgently looking for a Transformation Officer to be based in the Northern Cape. The successful incumbent must have a degree /diploma in Industrial /Labour Relations/Human Resources and 3yrs operational experience in EE the Mining Charter Social Labour Plan plus a minimum of 7 years in a mining environment. She/he must have in-depth knowledge in the relevant legislation i.e., the LRA, BCEA, EE, SD, MPRDA and other Acts of Labour Legislation and the Mining Charter requirements. The candidate must be computer literate in the MS Suite and JD Edwards and a valid code B/EB driver’s licence.
