Transformation Manager needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Transformation Manager to develop, implement and monitor the social and labour plan, succession planning, core and portable skills, learnership programmes, bursary schemes, mentoring programmes and employee housing and supervise training the budgetary process. Ideally you will have a Master Business Administration and HR related Degree/Diploma. A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role in a mining environment is essential.
