Mass Staffing Projects is urgently looking for a Transformation Officer to be based in the Northern Cape. The successful incumbent must have a Degree /Diploma in Industrial /Labour Relations/Human Resources and 3 years’ operational experience in a large unionised environment. She/he must have in-depth knowledge in the relevant legislation i.e., the LRA, BCEA, EE, SD, MPRDA and other Acts of Labour Legislation and the Mining Charter requirements.
