Transformation / Restructuring & Valuations Manager for a Corporate Finance Company based in Johannesburg,

Candidate must have knowledge of valuations that support mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning and litigation. Our Clients valuations team is a dynamic team of professionals providing a wide range of services to large corporate, investment funds, mid-tier clients and a variety of other stakeholders, across a number of industries.

Our Client is seeking individual with technical skills and experience to bolster their existing team.

Key job duties or responsibilities:
• Corporate valuations.
• Independent expert valuations.
• Financial reporting valuations such as purchase price allocation and IAS 36 Impairment valuations.
• Dispute valuations.
• Tax valuations.

Qualifications and experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in some or all of the technical areas specified above.
• CA/CFA/Honours or Masters in Finance
• Strong financial modelling and report writing skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word).
