The Role:

12 Months Contract

• In the role, the transition manager will own and be accountable of overseeing the transition of new/changed services into live production environment.

Role Responsibilities:
• Input into various Service designs including digital services.
• Work closely with Project to imbed service transition process.
• Own service transition process to ensure smooth services are deployed into live environment.
• Coordinate resources and chair meetings to ensure smooth service design & transition.
• demonstrate a knowledge of project life-cycles and be able to plan, prioritise, create and execute project plans to ensure successful transition

The Individual: The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Proven track record
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Must be able to clearly set expectation
• Understanding of Agile software development and Project Management practices, e.g. Prince 2
