? 5 years transport proven transport management exp;
? Develop and manage drivers schedules;
? Ensure effective training of all related procedures;;
? Ensure driver certification compliance;
? Monitor a record driver performance;
? Implement and manage performance objectives, and implement corrective actions;
? Co-ordinate driver payroll queries;
? Record all drivers leave and sick leave accurately;
? Manage supervisor shift roster;
? Training for shift supervisors;
? Weekly supervisor meetings;
? Ensure accurate recording of km’s travelled, fridge hours, driver hours;
? Daily and weekly fuel recons must be completed,
? Resolve fuel queries;
? Prepare operational reports for management and budgetary purposes;
? Weekly and monthly KPI’s;
? Monthly financials;
? Staff Surveys;
? Weekly documented departmental meetings;
? Monthly documented Driver meetings.
