Our client based North of Durban is looking for an experienced transport supervisor. The Transport Supervisor is responsible to; Prepare all Delivery Documentation Brief Driver on Route information Debrief Driver after delivery Collate all POD `s Capture Stats Key Functional Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dispatch and Debrief Procedure
• Responsible for full dispatch function of vehicles, drivers and Van Assistants in line with company SOP Inc.
• Presentation of driver
• Pre and Post Trip Inspection and Check Sheets
• Fridge Temperatures
• Alcohol Testing
• Driver Tag Management
• Delivery Documentation
• Fuel Card Control
• Temperature Matrix and Driver Handheld Temperature Probe Control and Compliance.
• Delivery Equipment Control
• Product Returns
• Load Verification
• Briefing and de-briefing of drivers in terms of; route information, product security, safety, speeding, performance, special delivery instructions etc.
• Reconcile invoices against trip log
• Debrief report and explanations for variances.
