Seeking an ICU Trained Clinical Nursing Specialist for a Top Tier 1 Private Hospital in their Trauma ICU

As the Trauma ICU Clinical Nursing Specialist, your key focus will be delivering quality competent nursing care within the Trauma ICU

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide opportunities for students to observe the skilled performance of nursing practitioners.
• Teach students/staff on patient assessment, identifying health problems and formulating nursing care plans.
• Act as a resource person in the clinical speciality as a result of advanced and broad knowledge and skills in that speciality.
• Act as a preceptor for new staff, and assist in the clinical teaching of learners.
• Contribute to the ongoing research, development and review of best practice in the speciality.
