As Trauma Unit Manager you will work hand in hand with your staff as well as tackle your administrative tasks,

Key Responsibilities include:

• Effective Management of standards and policies and ensuring adherence and compliance at all times
• Effective relationship building with both staff, patients and the entire disciplinary Team
• Effective HR function including rosters, agency staff and the employment and management of all permanent staff.

Applicants for this position must have:

• SANC Registration
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Additional Post Basic Qualification in Trauma Nursing
• Additional Post Basic Qualification in Management (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a Trauma Unit and/or Accident and Emergency Unit.
