requirements:

Knowledge:

· Minimum 3 years out bound travel agency experience

· Must have a sound knowledge and experience in International Travel

· Kknowledge of the Hajj and Umrah Market, Negotiating with air lines and Hotels advantage

· Basic knowledge of world travel (visas and health and safety)

Qualifications:

· Grade 12 with a relevant Travel and Tourism Diploma / Degree

Experience:

· General customer services and telephone ethics

· General Travel Agent Operations
