TRAVEL CONSULTANT & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Welcoming guests and alerting the person been visited of their arrival.
2. Distributing incoming mail and keep a mail record on excel
3. Ordering stationary and refreshment stock levels.
4. Liasing with the company driver for pick-ups and deliveries.
5. Manage meeting rooms
6. Keeping colleagues informed to construction and maintenance development in the office block.
7. Assist PA with admin support – binding, filing, typing, laminating, delivery of mail ect.
8. Arrange domestic flights, car hire and accommodation.
9. Co-ordinate international travel.
10. Ensure that all necessary travel arrangements are made.
11. Maintain a record on Excel of all travel bookings and arrangements.
12. Keep up to date with Business Travel developments.
13. Negotiate better rates with suppliers (in conjunction with the procurement manager)
14. Ensure that all staff know the company travel policy and are compliant.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Grade 12
2. Be computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,Outlook)
3. Be able to work and keep a level head in stressful situations.

R6,000 to R12,000 (neg – depending on qualifications, experience and over-all job match)
