Atlantis Corporate Travel has exciting career opportunities for dynamic and driven Travel Consultants to be based at our Head Office in Sandton.Minimum Requirements• Matric plus diploma or certificate in travel and tourism• Competent in Amadeus and or Galileo• Competent in English Business Writing – advanced level – minimum 80 percent• Min 5yrs+ experience in consulting in a similar organisation• Ability to handle pressure and volume• Offering a consistent extra mile service• Client retention• Strong telephone and communication skills• Accepting responsibility for your work• Selling and negotiation skills• Commitment to quality• Passion to learn and succeed• Salary highly negotiable and dependent of experienceJob Description• The candidate will be responsible for all travel bookings at all levels for corporate clients. • Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B+B, etc.• Ensure corporate fares are utilised. • Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations. • Alignment to all company policies/procedures. • Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at the time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings.• All vouchers correctly issued and emailed to the client and supplier.• Cost conscious for the company and the client. • Understanding and adhering to the clients' travel policies and procedures.• Ability to build relationships with company clients. • You will have your own client base that you will service.
