Passionate, friendly and clued up trade consultants needed for one of Cape Town’s most diverse hospitality companies. Operating in the Cape’s most desirable locations, the company’s portfolio consists of luxury beach hotels, self-catering villas and city style apartments. Top consultants are rewarded with annual visits to the luxurious portfolio and are afforded the opportunity to attend various trade shows through out the year.

Job Description / Minimum requirements:
• Must be able to work LATE SHIFTS which are from 12:00pm – 21:00pm
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Accommodation Certificate/ Hotel School Diploma is advantageous
• Opera experience is essential
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• MS Office (Word, Excel and Email) is essential
• Exceptional customer care and service delivery
• Familiar with all duties and procedures in Front Office

In this role, you will:
• Manage client files and itineraries from the outset through to completion, including issuing travel documentation
• Work directly with agents to create seamless itineraries
• Be available, as required, to attend training and development programs
• Manage a small team of travel consultants.
