Our client requires the services of a Travel Consultant

Key performance areas:

? Ensure 100% data accuracy
? Accurate billing instructions and values on all vouchers
? Benchmarking: accurate cost savings for Air, Cars, Hotels
? Exception reporting: correct selection of exception codes
? Adhere to client SLA – align travel request to client travel policy
? Meet and exceed client expectations
? Proactive engagement with clients

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with Galileo certificate
? 2 – 4 years’ experience in travel industry
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
? Presentable and neat appearance
? Must have a good understanding of fares and ticketing (Training and support will be given in this regard)
? Must have a basic understanding of mathematics
? Must be adaptable and willing to learn
