A leading Garden Route Travel & Tours Company is seeking a senior Travel Consultant.
Responsible for providing travel services to both Leisure and Corporate clients;
Lead a team within the FIT division, while working closely with groups and back office;
Ensuring that a high level of service is maintained;
Report to Management on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12;
Tertiary Travel Qualification;
Full working knowledge;
Minimum of 6 to 8 years experience using Galileo;
Knowledge of QuickTrav will be an advantage;
Full knowledge of Fares and Ticketing;
Ability to tailor-make packages and ability to think creatively;
Comprehensive knowledge of destinations and visas;
Ability to handle volume and pressure;
Team player;
Good leadership skills;
