Online Tour Operator & Booking Agent is currently recruiting a Travel Desk Agent / Concierge

Working Hours:

3 days a week - 2pm to 10pm - from office in Bellville (Northern Suburbs)
Saturday & Sundays - 8am to 5pm - from either Cape Town Office or Bellville Office
Duties:

* Car Rental Sales via e-mail, telephone and travel desk.Competency in MS Office
* Excellent English writing skills
* Excellent customer service skills, time management and ability to work under pressure
* A sales & target driven mind-set
* The ability to deal with a high volume of enquiries and have experience dealing with reservations
* Travel related diploma or degree advantageous
* Own transport
* Previous travel experience (min 1 year) and knowledge of Southern Africa a distinct advantage
* Previous Internet based sales or call centre experience will also place you above the rest.

R10,000.00 basic salary ctc plus target based lucrative commission structure.
