JOB DISCRIPTION:
- Design programmes for existing and new clients.
- Keep in constant contact with clients and agencies.
- Ensure and maintain good relationships with clients and agencies.
- Complete costs analysis's , grid , detailed proposals and power point presentations.
- Travel onsite inspections or programmes.
- Source relevant information in terms of room gifts, amendments, re-costs and additions.
- Ensure contracts are drawn up between the company and client.
- Ensure invoices are sent to clients and ensure timeous payments are made to Dragonfly Africa.
- Ensure payments are made timeously to suppliers.
- Responsible for final invoicing and reconciliation.
- Maintain and increase gross profits on programmes.
- Attend all weekly and status meetings.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Qualification in tourism (advantageous).
- Drivers licence (Prerequisite).
- Minimum of 3 years exp in the same position specialising in inbound incentives travel (outbound also welcome).
- In-depth knowledge of Southern Africa and Eastern Africa.
- Knowledge of Botswana / Mozambique / Kenya (added advantage).
- Knowledge and exp in MS Office (Word/Excel / Power point).
