Treasury Administrator Temp

Purpose:
This role is a maternity leave temporary contract. This position reports into the Financial Controller. As the Treasury Administrator you will be responsible for all administration regarding cash flow and compiling periodic analysis. You will be responsible for administration of treasury operations and responsibilities. You will also be accountable for ensuring that all treasury transactions are recorded correctly and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
• Process daily bank uploads and reconciliation thereof
• Process weekly bank reconciliations
• Process weekly Treasury dataports
• Process monthly Merchant dataports
• Allocate and process debtor receipts
• Clearing of various cash flow control accounts
• Request Forex trades for various clients
• Bank account processing for various clients
• Assist with the Audit File preparation
• Reconciliation and Wallet uploads for the Marketing silo
• Process Bank uploads
• Weekly cash-flow projections

• Deliverables and Timelines :
o Weekly bank reconciliations COB Tuesday
o Weekly Cash flow report COB Monday for the previous week
o Monthly Cash flow report 3rd of each month
o Weekly forecast report 16h00 Monday
o Monthly Bank reconciliations I/S Review
o Monthly bank reconciliations I/S Review
o Cash in transit account reconciliation I/S Review
o Bank post account reconciliation I/S Review
o Daily Cash position report 10am for the previous day
o Ensuring that clearing house balances are not excessive at month end


Requirements:
? Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping and/or Accounting
• 2 - 3 years’ working experience in same/ similar role
• Experience in Creditors Control, Data Capturing, Reconciliation and handling queries
• Experience with accounting software including Navision would be advantageous
• Competent in MS Office – Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
