PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assist in monitoring the Company’s cash position and optimize the banking relationships, ensuring that the Company’s financial income is maximized and expense minimized and that all banking transactions are carried out in accordance with treasury policies and internal control rules.

Principal Accountabilities

Maintaining and enhancing the cash flow model to ensure cash availability, optimize the return on short-term financial investments and minimize borrowing requirements.
Handle operational activities such as month end closing process, weekly GTS reporting and maintaining documentation for SOX compliance.
Monitor the processing of foreign remittances and compliances with Central Bank's regulations
Monitor the Company's cash collection system to ensure timely receipt of funds deposited. Assist in implementing new and improved methods of funds collection and payment through coordinating with the banks.
Prepare and submit all management reporting and preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly actual and forecast cash flow statement to optimize the cash management process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors in Finance, Chartered Accountant CA (SA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants
Minimum 2 to 3 years in a finance role , ideally related to Treasury
