Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Trade Tested Machinist
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a machining environment
- Knowledge of machine tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of applying machine tool principles, techniques and procedures
- Must be willing to work shifts and overtime

Responsibilities:
- Machine parts to specification using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers and grinders
- Measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications
- Set up, adjust and operate machine tools
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety and environmental requirements
