Position: TV Decor Sales Professional
Industry: Media decor sales to clients - United States based company
Salary: Basic salary R14000 – R24000 p/m
Excellent commission structure above basic depending on performance
Type of employment: Permanent position with 3 months probationary period
The position is available immediately and it is urgent due to current client base to be serviced

Main role: Act as Sales liaison contact with clients to obtain sales and to get media design project done via designers

Job requirements and performance areas

• Solid experience in sales/ closing clients over the phone/ Skype (in the field of media/ decor)
• This is inbound sales-focused position
• Important: Working hours in South Africa will be from Monday to Friday from 15h00-23h00 to coordinate with USA day working hours.
• Non-negotiable: Must have uncapped Wi-Fi, fast, reliable Internet connection and Skype facilities – Please do not apply if you do not have this
• Non-negotiable: Computer literacy (Strong MS Office: Word, Outlook & Excel)
• Must be technological highly savvy – Experience with Skype for business
• Microsoft Lync will be beneficial
• Additional hours may be required depending on client projects
• Deal mostly with inbound sales & follow-ups to close deals
• Must be able to liaise with clients on a highly professional manner
• Be able to deal with various clients projects simultaneously
• Be able to deal with upmarket and diverse clients that have specific design requirements
• Strong personality, ability to “get things done ASAP”
• Passion for interior design and good taste in decor
• Must have a proven track record of meeting sales goals & closing deals
• Highly responsible self-starter with ability to return 30+ phone calls on daily basis
• Willingness to work hours required to accommodate clients - it may include evening or weekend hours
• Must be able to take the project from design to close quickly & efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• High level of integrity & service excellence
• Ability to draft elegant proposals
• Highly organised, run an efficient diary and take accurate specifications from clients
