Compiling daily sales reports:
Handling of centralized billing for key account (one centralized billing account in the group)
Invoicing
Ensuring all PODs are received back from sites
Sending monthly statements to customers
Following up on payments
Receiving and allocating payments
Reconciling supplier accounts
Compiling monthly reports for customers
Ordering office stationery
Other general duties

To start ASAP. Must be available immediately.
