A Degree in Engineering, specialising in Production with a min of 7 years in production and 3-5 years at a management level. Sound operational experience and knowledge of production method i.e. Kanban, 5S, TPM, Hoshin. Sound operational production management experience as well as solid people management in Production planning, achieving production financial targets, costs & budgets, training & supporting staff, serving as Plant representative at the customer, implementing action plans, project management (PSE) and resource planning in liaison with IE. Must have a good background in achieving Quality targets.
