REQUIREMENTS:
• MSUT HAVE: Polycom Infrastructure Technical and Polycom EndPoint Technical Certification (please send certifications along with CV)
• 2-5y AV/VC experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license – preferably own transport
• Must have excellent communication and people skills – will have to be an ambassador for the company at the client
• Presentable
• Management of client Skype for Business deployment
• Polycom On-premise VC Infrastructure monitoring, management and scheduling
• UC/AV First Line Support and conference assistance for all users, nationally.
• Troubleshooting and repairing of faulty solutions
• Management of all Boardrooms, including AV and VC equipment
• Implementation, testing and monitoring of Proof of Concept deployments
• All reporting required from the client
• Responding to calls logged by users
• Providing remote/telephonic support
• Review, understand and enforce all policies and procedures outlined in Ubuntu’s Health and safety policy
• Polycom VC Infrastructure management knowledge (PCVE Qualification preferred)
• Knowledge of AV cable terminations
• Experience in AV/UC Support
• Good skills with hand tools
