Seeking experienced and qualified Unit Managers for the NICU ward of a Private Hospital in the Johannesburg.
Successful candidates must have the following:
Must be registered with the South African Nursing Council
Must have a completed Diploma or Degree in Nursing Science
Excellent Leadership and management skills
Ability to communicate effectively
High quality control with strong attention to detail
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Good interpersonal and patient care skills
