Key Responsibilities:

• As a Unit Manager you will manage all aspects of this 16 Bedded Ward
• General management of the Paediatrics Ward
• Policy formulation, implementation and control
• Management of staff both permanent and Agency
• Organisation and planning of disciplines
• Financial management and budget control
• Maintain clinical competencies and quality patient care
• Management of ward stock and equipment
• Liaise between patients, Doctors and ward personnel.

Applicants for this position must:

• Be SANC Registered
• Preferably in possession of an additional Paediatrics post basic qualification
• Have a solid working history in Paediatrics
