Key Responsibilities:

• As a Unit Manager you will manage all aspects of this Renal Unit
• General management of the Renal Unit
• Policy formulation, implementation and control
• Management of staff both permanent and Agency
• Organisation and planning of disciplines
• Financial management and budget control
• Maintain clinical competencies and quality patient care
• Management of ward stock and equipment
• Liaise between patients, Doctors and ward personnel.
