MIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Cur/Diploma in General Nursing
• Currently Registered Nurse with SANC
• Theatre trained
• BLS qualification
• Business Management qualification
• Updated ACLS/PALS/ATLS

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years experience in managerial/supervisory role
• Experience within private hospital environment
• Computer Literacy

ROLE:

• Efficiently leading all activities within the Theatre Unit/Complex
• Leadership and direction to all staff
• Promoting quality patient care and patient experience
• Ensure cost effective service delivery within legal parameters, policies and procedures
• Organizing, Planning, Leading, Directing and Controlling all processes
• Quality, Risk and Emergency preparedness
• Patient advocacy, Customer/Doctor Relationships
• Finance
• Staffing, HR Policy and Procedures
