Our client situated in Upington, is looking for a Unit Manager to join their team asap. The purpose of this position, is to coordinate the activities of various departments (eg Production, Engineering, Quality control and stores in order to meet profits and quality standards. Preference will be given to EE candidates.

KEY REQUIRMENTS:

6 – 8 Years’ manufacturing experience

Strong Managerial experience

FMCG Experience

Degree in Engineering / Production Management

Afrikaans 1st language

KEY DUTIES:

Managed and controlled product quality assurance

Forecast product demand

Maintained operations services levels and optimized plant, machinery and equipment

Optimized manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution of core products

Approved and managed working capital budgets and projects and managed team

Salary: Neg depending on experience
