Due to the increase in clientele and demands the company requires a Trainee Sales Manager to fill a leadership role. They are looking for people for their sales and marketing team due to rapid expansion. Based in Durban, they are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to work in a fast paced environment and help expand the business even further.

The role includes the following aspects:
- Sales

- Marketing

No experience is necessary as full client and product training will be given although our client welcomes candidates with any previous experience in the following areas: customer service, sales representative, marketing supervisor, sales executive, direct sales, field sales, marketing executive, retail, call centre, call centre inbound, marketing representative, call centre outbound, warehouse, retail assistant, customer service training, bar manager, hospitality, marketing assistant, front of house, sales assistant, and any other customer service or sales role.

All independent contractors are paid a basic salary and a high uncapped commission structure is in place; additional incentives also available. This puts you totally in control of your future.
