Franchise dealership based in Cape Town Paarden Eiland area, has a position open for an ex-perienced used vehicle sales manager. Experience must be current or no less than 3 months ago at a franchise dealership.

Salary package is based on experience and ranges from R20K - R30K basic depending on brand specific background + incentives + benefits + vehicle etc.

Requirements for application for this position includes:
• Previous used vehicle sales management experience at a franchise motor dealership.
• Tertiary qualification: Sales & Marketing Management or Business Management will be preferred.
• Strong leadership ability - you will need to guide and motivate your sales team.
• Understanding of setting and achieving targets - both sales and CSI
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, both private individuals and fleet
• Maintaining profitability in their department while controlling expenses.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction
• Training and motivation of sales staff and weekly staff meetings.
• Sales reports and sales projections, stock management and trade-in evaluations.
• Should reside within the Western Province to make use of existing local contacts.

We are looking for someone who has a great ability to motivate, inspire and manage their team. Stock holding is not a problem.
