Responsible for achieving a target of > 40 units per month
Must maintain a CSI of > 98%
Responsible for achieving budgeted figures
Responsible for staff discipline including, HR related issues
Responsible for weekly staff training, new vehicle launches as well as advertising on all social platforms
Able to drive individual sales performance
Good expense control

Experience and skills

Experience in managing > 9 sales executives as well as admin and support staff
Have strong leadership skills
Able to maintain composure under pressure
Able to display reasonable understanding of HR procedures
Strong organizational skills
Understand and interpret financial reports
Good understanding of diversity and team dynamics

This person also needs to be dynamic and an achiever with a solid track record and not have bounced around between dealers.
This needs to be a performing manager wanting to grow.
