Minimum 5 - 10 years’ relevant industry experience dairy or beverages essential
Proven track record with strong commercial and technical acumen
Ability to establish trusting and deep-seated relationships with external customers
Demonstrated ability to understand competitive marketplace
Self starter with strong problem solving skills
Travel on a regional and national basis
