Utilities Specialist (Payables and Receivables)
Appointment: Permanent Full Time
Location: Pretoria CBD
Salary: R15000.00 to R18 000.00 ctc
Minimum Requirements: Matric with 3 years experience in Utilities or Property Company. Municipal or Utilities exposure/experience will be an advantage. Data capturing experience and Property Management exposure will be desirable.
Property Company is looking for a figure orientated, loyal, deadline driven person with positive attitude to join the utilities team.
Prepare municipal account payments through validation and verification charges, reconciling of municipal accounts, capturing invoices, update all registers, customer liaising, prepare manual recoveries for processing and manage non-recoveries from tenants
Must be computer literate: Ms Word Ms Excel and Ms Outlook
