A Top Financial Leader is searching for an inquisitive, creative all-rounder UX/UI Digital Designer in a leading rewards programme environment.
 
Role description:

• Conceptualise, create and implement digital campaigns (banners, landing pages)
• The designer will need the UX know-how to be able to understand a technical spec and break down complex concepts into easy-to-use process flows within their UI designs
• Apply this same type of user-centric thinking to pitch presentations, email newsletters and the print layout (posters, brochures, invites)

 
Qualification & Experience:

• Relevant creative/technical degree, diploma or certificate
• URL, Web address of previous experience/work (essential)
• 5 years extensive design and development experience
• Extensive experience with Adobe programmes
• Must have multimedia and print experience (essential)

 
Essential Skills:

• Produce designs for digital marketing material: e.g. banners, mailers, promo pages
• Produce HTML for mailers and promo pages
• Produce visual designs from UX wireframes
• Strong understanding of design principles
• Solid understanding of user-centred design and UX principles
• Broad understanding of internet related technologies and standards
• Good knowledge of web development and CMS packages
• Strong computer skills - keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Contributing to brainstorming sessions
• Strong conceptual skills

 
Software skills:
Extensive experience with Adobe programmes:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Dreamweaver

Experience with web development languages:

• HTML
• CSS

Microsoft office skills:

• PC

 
Nice to have skills:

• Mobile and app interface design
• Illustration skills (vector & 3D)
• Designing Power Point presentations
• Content management
• Have a basic understanding of Javascript, Jquery or SASS
