Requirements:
- Grade 12
- University / Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a production environment
- Experience in Compliance and Risk Management, Non-Compliance / CAPA Management and Minitab will be
an advantage
- Knowledge of quality systems and related regulations
- Knowledge of PIC(s), MCC and ISO requirements
- Knowledge of process, cleaning and packaging validation requirements
- Knowledge of DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ requirements
- Training experience
- SOP / document writing experience
- Computer literate

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain validation policies, procedures and programs related to facilities, processes and equipment
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Manage documentation for new and current validation and / or qualification procedures
- Supervise and control the validation approach to ensure continuous improvement
- Initiates and performs investigations to close out non-conformances
- Evaluates validation problems and issues
- Conduct risk assessments and compile assessment reports
- Participates in companywide validation and calibrations programs
- Provides support in the resolution of product problems
- Plans, promotes and organizes the required training activities
- Follow up on key performance metrics to ensure validation activity efficiency
