Duties and Responsibilities:
• Capturing vehicle stock on system
• Reconciliation of invoices between Manufacturer & Dealership
• Reconciliation of reconditioning costs and value added products
• Invoicing of sold vehicles
• Transfer of vehicles between departments
• Processing orders against vehicles in stock

Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12 (with Mathematics and/or Accounting as subjects)
• Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
• Min 3 years experience in the Motor Industry
• Bookkeeping or similar experience in Vehicle Invoicing
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Target and Process driven
• Mercedes-Benz experience will be advantageous
