A typical day will include:
Planning your day to ensure your team meet sales targets and budgets
Thinking out of the box to identify new business opportunities in both the corporate and private sectors
Ensuring that existing customers feel hugely important and are kept in the loop regarding sale status and new products
Accomplish daily expected call rates
Demonstrating vehicles
Verifying financial arrangements by introducing the customer to the F&I consultant
Ensuring correct handover of vehicle after the vehicle is prepared
Attending to walk in customers and telephonic enquiries promptly and efficiently
Ensuring proper follow-up with all potential buyers
Implementing and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system
Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining the company’s corporate image and reputation
Complete all relevant documentation accurately according to company procedure
Collecting monies due to the company upon delivery of vehicles

Education & experience:
Solid experience (±3 years) as a Vehicle Sales Executive/ Proven track record with retail experience is critical, especially in the automotive industry
Minimum Grade 12, a post matriculation qualification is desirable
MS Office as well as experience working on Kerridge/Automate or similar
Valid Driver’s license
South African citizen
