INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF HOUT BAY

The International School of Hout Bay (ISHB) is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School (Primary Years Primary (PYP) and Diploma (DP)), and a Cambridge Examinations Centre (CIE). It is also one of the International Education Systems’ (IES) group of schools.
Seeks to appoint a:

VICE PRINCIPAL – HIGH SCHOOL (FULL-TIME)

With effect from July 2015 or sooner. The person most likely to be hired must:
• Have experience with the day to day administration of a High School
• Be able to be a good team player and work well with other staff members
• Have the ability to handle day to day discipline matters and pastoral issues for High School students
• Also be prepared to teach some academic classes
• Be computer literate (word, powerpoint, excel, manage the school database)
• Have good inter-personal skills especially when dealing with parents and staff

All candidates are required to be SACE registered, obtain a Police Clearance and have the necessary qualifications in order to apply for this post.
