Job Responsibilities:
• You will have a full support team that lists the property on the market and arranges viewings with our clients from the head office and this is communicated well in advance.
• You will be responsible for inspection of the unit and take pictures of the building and unit and compile a summarised report.
• You will meet our prospective clients and these units to do viewings.
• Your role will include promoting the property and the sale and you will be building a strong relationship with our clients.
• Excellent opportunity to be an on the go agent without all the time consuming admin work.

Skills & Competencies:
• Grade 12 /Matric.
• Basic computer literacy including emailing, scanning, faxing & using the internet.
• Real Estate environment or experience in a similar role.
• Extremely well spoken and confident.
• Ability to work flexible hours which includes weekends as most clients may want to view in the evening and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transport with Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and the Internet.
• Excellent Time Management skills.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Passionate about building our Brand.
