Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be prescribed to the Virtual Sales
Team where the line manager will track the revenue, profitability, growth and
KPIs and roll them up to the Channel Manager:

Roles & responsibilities:
(g) All of those listed in the VSAM function, plus:
(h) Coordinate SVSP team and drive them towards goal consecution.
(i) Consolidate team performance into agreed set of KPIs.
(j) Reporting to the Channel Manager (periodically / on demand).

Minimum qualifications:
(d) 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-moving sales
environment.
(e) Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others.
(f) Advanced customer relationship skills with proven sales record.
(g) Strong sales skills: account planning, cold calling, SWOT analysis, upselling,
cross-selling, forecast accuracy.
(h) Objective-oriented. Consistent achievement of sales quotas and
forecasted revenue targets.
(i) Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen and
presentation skills.
(j) Strong planning & organizational skills.
(k) Experience working with field sales, partners, technical, and
operational resources to create sales strategies and execute goals.
(l) Strong relationship building, account planning and process
competence skills.
(m) Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet
deadlines.
