A well established winery based in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ Viticulturist / Farm Manager. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in viticulture coupled 5 years relevant experience.

Duties:

• Implementation of vituculture program in conjunction with the Winemaker and Viticulture Consultant
• Management of vineyard and farm staff
• Maintenance of farm buildings, vehicles and equipment
• Manage seasonal contractors
• Ensure annual compliance with regulatory bodies
• Monthly cost control
• Annual budget compilation
