Full implementation of annual viticultural program in conjunction with the Winemaker and Viticultural Consultant
Management of Vineyard and Farm Staff
Maintenance of farm buildings, vehicles and equipment
Management of seasonal contractors
Management of security via appointed security firm
Ensure annual compliance with regulatory bodies
Monthly cost control
Annual budget compilation

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Viticulture
Minimum of 5 years related industry experience
Have sound staff management skill
Must be computer literate
An all-rounder with a hands-on approach
