A vacancy exists at our Robertville Branch for a Voice Stress Analyst, reporting to the HR Manager. The main purpose of this position is to do integrity voice stress testing.

Minimum Requirements:

* Diploma / Degree in Psychology / HR / IR
* 2-3 years Voice Stress / Polygraph experience
* Competency in Microsoft programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlool, Voice stress software
* Understanding and knowledge of the security industry
* Experience in the security industry - preferable Operations experience
* Must have own reliable transport
* No criminal record

* Good interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff
* Good administrative skills with high level of accuracy and precision
* Tenacity - not too sensitive
* Must be prepared to travel as and when required

Key Perform Areas: (not totally inclusive)

* To be perform Voice Stress tests on all personnel, Contractors and client personnel as and when instructed
* To schedule all contractual weekly, monthly, quaterly etc. tests as dictated by Operations Management
* To give feedback daily on the outcome of tests done
* To do pre-employment tests as and when required by the Recruitment Department
* To do specific tests on incidents
* To liaise daily with Operations and Senior Management on tests done
* To be available on standby after hours and on weekends to do emergency tests on incidents
* To assist with specific investigations
