FLEET SALES EXECIVE
Main Job Functions :
1. To achieve assigned sales target & KPIs as per set objective by ensuring an agreed mix of models & types.
2. Ensuring efficient Sales Forecast & Reservation management.
3. To retain existing customer by follow-up on regular basis & Acquire new prospects and convert to buyers.
4. Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers
5. Maintain up to date & accurate database of the customers.
6. Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc).
7. Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager on a daily basis.
8. Seek & report important market intelligence relating to competitors/clients that will benefit the company.
9. Complete all company documentation related to the job accurately & on a timely basis.
10. Comply with all company & departmental rules/ regulations relating to the purchasing, registration, insuring & payment of vehicles by customers.
11. To keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership's range of cars and commercial vehicles.

Prospecting :
12. Continuously seek new fleet prospects for VW Brand products.
13. Maintain regular contacts with existing customers for additional business.
14. Maintain regular links with the Service dept to identify vehicles of fleet owners that may be due for change & replacement.
15. To keep the Fleet sales manager in loop in case of bulk deals to offer additional support to customers.
16. Add value to every Sale by promoting Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contract, Accessories Sales, Etc.

Selling Skills :
17. Ensure knowledge of what is important to fleet owners when they purchase vehicles to maintain transparency.
18. Have thorough knowledge of product, SOP, credit procedures, etc.
19. Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitors products, specifications & prices to be able to overcome customer objections & preferences.
20. Should be able to Qualify & determine customers needs to offer the best possible products.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma Certificate
Corporate sales experience in the last 3-5 years essential.
Preferable Automobile corporate sales experience (outdoor).
Valid GCC drivers license.

The right Candidate must have at least 4-5 years as Sales Executive.
