Wages/Junior Bookkeeper
We are recruiting for candidates with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position having experience working on Pastel Payroll and access of + 180 employees (wages).

Key Duties:
• Working with cashbooks
• Full debtor’s functions
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet
• Processing of year-end audit journals
• Full creditor’s functions
• Bookkeeping up to Balance Sheet
• VAT reconciliation
• Third party payments
• Managing time and attendance (clock cards)
• Relieve switchboard

Reconciling of creditors; petty cash; debt collection and workmen’s compensation and IOD processes
