Waltloo, Pretoria: STOCK CONTROLLER
Minimum Requirements:
-Male
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
-Minimum 2 years stock administration experience in scaffolding/construction industry a must
-Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills very important
-Computer literate in MS Excel
-Valid driver’s license
-Good Supervisory skills
-Excellent communication and written skills
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Stable employment record
-To start January 2018
Duties:
-Report to management on any scaffolding damages/shortages
-Reconcile all delivery notes with purchase orders
-Ensure that no scaffolding is released without a release note and to make sure that the correct scaffolding is released
-Continually maximize scaffold utilization through effective stock rotation
-Monitor stock and scaffolding quality and conduct daily/weekly visual inspections
-Provide daily stock update reports to Management
-Do daily/weekly/monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock in the yard and on sites.
-Conduct daily cycle counts on sites
-Ensure yard and site housekeeping is done daily
-Maintain SHEQ standards and record keeping, inspection details, correct PPE and yard inspections
-Deliver weekly/monthly report on stock
-Implement and maintain security processes to prevent losses and theft
Salary: ± R 12 000.00 gross (negotiable depending on experience)
