Warehouse Administrator (AA - Preference will be given to Coloured female applicants)

Area: Steeledale, Johannesburg

Salary: R8000 P/M CTC

Purpose of the position:

The appointment will contribute to improving the level of specialisation to be achieved in the warehouse. In this regard candidate will be trained to oversee the implementation of existing standards as well as the exploration of higher standards, in areas such as the following:

§ Liaise with Quality Manager as to changes and implementation of new procedures at the warehouse.

§ Reviewing current processes and procedures with a view to simplifying and improving.

§ Taking charge of the warehouse end of the samples operation, and working closely with the Samples team at head office in this regard.

§ Up-keep of the sample warehouse

§ Being involved in various warehousing processes, including Health & Safety, Quality Standards & Auditing, Repacking, and other general procedures.

1 year in a warehouse environment
