Our client within the Motor Spares, Oils, Lubricants are seeking a Warehouse Assistant

Purchasing of all products / material and spares as requested
• Obtaining quotes regularly to ensure best practise buying at all time
• Processing of PO and obtaining approval per procedures
• Follow up and ensuring on time delivery of all items purchased
• Acceptance of items delivered ensuring all items purchase are correctly picked up or delivered
• Safeguarding of items
• Manage PO and Handing it in to be GRV’d
Stock control
• Safe guard of all stock in stores
• Weekly Cycle Counts on routine bases and Stock Takes every Quarter
• Identifying and Reporting any items used to be replenished
• Ensuring stores are maintained and kept tidy
• Ensuring adequate stock levels kept at all times.
