ZaPOP is on the hunt for a Warehouse Coordinator that will excel in a tough data capturing roll where multitasking and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate will ensure that accurate and effective stock control is applied at all times. It will be expected that they implement, coordinate and facilitate effective stock movement and control, and ensure accurate recordkeeping continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control all administration related to receiving and dispatching of stock in and stock out of the warehouse.
• Ensure there is always an accurate count and record of all stock in the warehouse for each business unit.
• Monitor stock and reorder levels for all products and items.
• Facilitate regular stock takes, capture and reconcile with current stock records.
• Shrinkage control and related recordkeeping.
• Responsible for all inter-departmental recharges and budget tracking.
• Assist with the ordering and purchasing of stock.
• Assist with all ad hoc administration duties related to the warehouse business unit.
• Ensure cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 and/or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory and/or coordinating position in a warehousing/logistics/purchasing or related environment
• Computer literate on MS Office suite (Excel Basic-Intermediate level)
• Valid driver’s license
